I am planning to get my ECA done through WES . WES says that it accepts Provisional Degree Certificate .
My University has issued the same but I found it pretty vague as compared to other University's provisional certificates.
Mine just says that I have passed the Exam of my course while most of the universities say that the person is qualified for the award of a particular degree
Can someone please confirm whether this certificate will get my job done?
