what is to include into fund available for stay? My funds or invitee funds

I am inviting my mother to visit (tourist visa) for 2 months and promise to cover her expenses.

She I going to bring a credit card with $3000 limit, may be some cash.

How much to indicate in fund available currently I have $8000 on banking account
+ much more on the savings accounts.

Statement from your bank showing funds available and source of income such as letter of employment. If you send those two pieces of documents in, your mother will not need to show funds.
