What is this number for? Help please...

Hi, I was given a temporary number by CIC over the phone. I requested a temporary UCI number so I can view ECAS and also want to order GCMS.

The number given to me is

T followed by 11 numbers.

This number doesn't match the criteria for anything. Anyone know what this number allows me to do if I can't view ecas with it???

it probably what you can use when talking to CIC so they can find your application faster. A UCI is 8 digits, so maybe there are extra numbers on the beginning or end in the temp one they gave you.
