What is third party loan ??

yesterday,i have met a person and was refused by CHC has applied under spp and the reason they stated to him was loan by the third party . I have not asked him about it, but later it feels me to know about it , as I am also preparing my application file for Canada .

Is anybody known of this reason of refusal ?? :

bro his/her guarantor will be a third party person note one thing that guarantor should be in firse blood relation and also write in bracket awt his/her relation

like , if we get loan an property on name of my dad and my uncle (chacha ji ) ,is they write on the sanction letter about it that the property owned by two persons and will it be any negative impact on application , if this case will be under spp.

any other suggestion regarding this ?? :

i prefer u go loan against fixed deposit less documentation
yes yepp man that will be problem for refusal so i suggest u go for fixed deposit
bank of baroda sanctioned my loan in one day
rest up to u
