What is the Study Permit Number?

I want to register for the Accueil Plus Service and for that I am to fill in the Study Permit Number in their application form. So now how do I find the permit number. Is the Study Permit Number same as the Document Number, one that begins with F followed by nine digits (Eg:F123456789)?
