i would like to ask that differnet people have different salary package in the same NOC. my question is that it makes the difference in checking the reference letter. i mean with job duties salary also play a role in the second stage or not? let's suppose one person in the NOC 0213 getting 20000 per month and the other person in the same NOC getting 10000 per month. so it makes a difference or not?

Salary variance between 2 applicants would not make any difference to immigration application.

The VO is only interesrted in ensuring that you were truly employed. Having all required information is their own way of making sure that you were really engaged with the concerned firm in the past or now. The difference in salaries wouldn't amount to much. Might just be a survey gathering tool.
