What is the process when arriving at the Canadian immigration

Hi everyone
I got my study visa and planning on living next month
I would like to know what are the questions and documents that the immigration officers usually asks?
would I need to show that I’ve paid half of my tuition fees? ( which I’ve not yet)
Regarding the 3 nights hotels quarantine, I’ve heard that they are letting people go through without checking whether they’ve booked a hotel or not , is it true?

If I was you I would not have taken that risk even if it is true that they let some people go unchecked. If it is in the rules, then they are obliged to follow that and are allowed to refuse your entry to Canada and it would make you eventually lose more money and time. So it is up to you to decide whether it is worth to take that risk based on some rumors.

regarding payment they don't care, they care now about your booking hotel for quarantine. When you book it you pay for 3 nights in advance then since you paid already paid it you might as well go there

regarding payment they don't care, they care now about your booking hotel for quarantine. When you book it you pay for 3 nights in advance then since you paid already paid it you might as well go there

They wont ask this question even if they ask you can always say I haven't paid yet like there is still sometime to meet the deadline
