What is the process to submit passports after 30 days

Hi,
I have received passport request on 20th Nov 2014 for my PR application under Canada Experience Class. I am leaving Canada on 30th Nov 2014 and coming back on 23rd Dec 2014. Can someone suggest me if I can submit passport after 30 days and what should be the process.

You can email CIC and ask them for an increase in the time to submit your passport. There are no guarantees, hence if they don't respond back before you travel, ask them to change your passport stamping office, get it stamped and then return to Canada.
