what is the possible cause not working ECAS

recently i have found some members was asking ECAS is not working

unfortunately from today at 10AM my ECAS is also not working

i did some GOOGLE search but to be honest didn't get the actual answer

if you ever faced this problem please share how we can solve this and what is the reason of not working ECAS
