What is the Occupation to be filled in 'work Experience ' table ?

I am a little confused. I have found out the NOC codes to be filled in to be elgible for FSW-1. However in schedule 3 , work experience table, what should be the Occupation to be filled ? Should I fill my actual designations like "project leader", "Senor software engineer" etc or I should give the occupation names corresponding to the Suitable NOC code (say IT consultant, computer consultant)selected ? Kindly repsond.

To add further, my designation 'project leader' in my company does the role of a 'systems manager' as prescribed by NOC list. In that case can I give my occupation as ''project leader' and the mention the duties I performed and give the NOC code 0213 for the same.
which one would be the more appropriate to fill in the work experience
0213 'project leader' 2 years
or
0213 ''systems manager' 2 years
