What is the minimum Qualification required to work as accountant in Nova Scotia

Hi ,

I am working in United Arab Emirates as Accountant since 9 years. I gained this position as per my past experience . My qualification is Higher Secondary School (10+2 passed) as I don't have Bachelor's in Commerce Degree . Can I be eligible to apply for the post of Accountant under the Province of Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP).

Kindly help me , I am much anticipated to have your advice please.
