What is the minimum necessary income for the option c print out?

For spousal sponsorship, there is no minimum. They're checking to see whether you have been on 'welfare' or not.

No income is needed. All the Option-C is for, is to prove you were not on social services within the last tax year. You should make a statement as to how you will support your family however.
