Or better study Bachelor of Accounting and Finance

I came to Canada with an MSc in Telecom and 9+ years of experience in Mobile Telecommunications...now i work as a Project Manager in IT/Banking for the last couple of years.

It's easier to get a Telecom engineering job if you have hands-on experience with the latest technologies - current trends are: Virtualization, Cloud, IOT, 4G..etc. Not sure what would happen 4 years from now...that's a challenging question even for industry leading companies! If you chose to study telecom make sure you gain some form of hands on experience and industry certifications while you study..otherwise you'll have a hard time competing for jobs.

I wouldn't compare the other fields you mentioned above - but my advice for you is to follow your passion - study what you really enjoy and can become very good at, choosing a field of study based on current understanding/or future prediction of job market may not be a good idea. Passion is the driver of excellence, regardless of what field.
