OID and Express Entry in Saskatchewan used the same Job in demand list. You can apply Express Entry, if you are in the CIC pool. Otherwise, you can submit OID. However, the processing time of OID is two years (1.5 year in CIC process, and 6 months in SINP). Please select the correct one. Good luck to you.
