What is the different?

If I have lived over a year with my partner together but I also went to see my family back home ... is it still Common Law!?
also if I only lived with him with a tourist visa?

where do I find the definition?

thanks

and why is there two different addresses to send the application? if I would send it not with the post?
:)

Common-law is when you have lived with your partner for 12 consecutive months, without any long breaks.
Conjugal is for those who cannot become common-law or get married due to legal or immigration barriers (unable to get divorced, same-sex couples who are unable to get visas to countries where same-sex marriage is legal, couples who have been denied visas to each other's countries, etc)

If you are talking about the two addresses for outland, then one is for couriers and the other is for post. Couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
