what is the difference between noc 1311 and 1231

i am recent graduate in accounting in alberta.
i need to find a job for applying to AINP .
so, can anone help me with this matter about the difference between noc 1231 and 1311

in which noc field , i should go for applying to AINP in NOC A,B,O category.

please reply me asap.
