If you are in the pool with 524, that is amazing. You must be fluent in French and English with a Masters/Phd. Wait for FSW draw. Congratulations!

I don't think you'll get a provincial nomination with your score. Only Alberta has started to accept high scores, so you may get lucky there. If there is an FSW draw, you'll get an ITA in the first or second draw depending on the draw size. In the absolute best case scenario, expect an ITA by the end of Q1 2022.
