Guys, need your advice. I just received ITA and now have 60 days to apply. Right now I am single, if I plan to get married this year, what should be the best time that would help me not to loose CRS points and also avoid documentation hassle (such as getting WES done, getting her ielts done)?

You do realise that if you get a PR on your own, then you have to sponsor the PR for your wife later and that's a very cumbersome process.

Anyway to answer your original question, you should wait to complete your PR process and then get married. If you get married while the processing is on, you will have to include your wife to your application or give a very convincing reason to CIC why your wife is not part of your ongoing application. Either ways CIC has to be informed if you get married before you get your PR.
