What is the Average Salary for a Software Tester in Toronto?

I've newly moved to Toronto and looking for job as Software Tester. Not sure on what I should mention on the expected salary part. Can you guys kindly help me out?

If you are talking about functionality testing: the average pay is $11/hr which is minimum wage. Localization testers (LQA) are earning $13/hr. Also, if you are working in the game industry, you should consider moving to Montréal instead. This is where the majority of game companies are located.

+1, most of gaming companies are in Montreal, but they may consider hiring distantly or accommodate your relocation. A buddy of mine has moved to work for Eidos
