There is a spreadsheet maintained by a number of volunteers on the forum that keeps track of processing times for the different offices.

It's not flawless (limited number of data points and further along in the process the numbers dwindle further), but it can give you a bit of an idea what's possible. The big rush after the C6 change last October is still working its way through the system, so take the numbers you find with an extra grain of salt, as things are in flux right now.
