I see many ppl getting Schedule A request. What is this, is it a self declaration form.
How can i get it.
Is it only for CEC candidates or also for candidates applying from outside

Yes its a self declaration form (background). It houses similar questions as post ITA online form, and you will have to sign and send it if asked.
This can be asked from anyone.
CIC website is best place to get the latest one.
