What is proof of travel history

Could you please advise what is proof of travel history and what all documents are considered under this.

you have to fill up a form while applying and in later stage they will ask you for all your passport then they can match your travel history with visas as well entry and exit stamps

Travel history needs to be filled in travel form

There is no need to prove it. Just collect the information from your passport and fill travel form
They will not verify each and everything from ur passport
