What is the difference between PPR1 and PPR2??????

PPR = Passport Request.
In Pakistan PPR comes in 2 steps [PPR-1 & PPR-2].
PPR-1.....London Visa office send PPR-1 through email asking for recent photos, passport copies and a form.
PPR-2.....London VO send PPR-2 through email. Original Passports should be submitted to Islamabad VO for Visa stamping.
Normally (PPR-1) takes 3-5 months after medical done & (PPR-2) 4-6 weeks.

Anyone got idea about what is the procedure for PPR for those who are in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

in dubai it doesn;t come in 2 step. they will ask you to send the passport to london by courier, so you have to send it by courier. it will come back to you in 45 days (appr) with the stamped visa.
there is other option also to sumit the passport personally to london in that case it take only 2 weeks.

Can you please update how much time it takes now after decision has been made on application from pakistan to get the request for PPR1 and PPR2, is it the same process in 2 steps.

In my case the PPR1 ie passport copies,snaps and form came with the medical request and FPRF form approx 4-5 weeks after Acknowledgement
