NO. Post-secondary means after your high school (or after 10+2). Send only your bachelor's degree and beyond (if any).
At the end of online filling form it states that you have to send formal application that you have send documents to wes and if not than they are not responsible for our application receipt. How can we send formal application by email or post...reply
