What is official certificate of degree???

I am going to apply in post graduate course. They require "Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions" and "Official certificate of graduate degree". I don't understand what is official certificate of degree?

I received following document after completing my MBA.

1. MBA Degree
2. MBA Transcript
3. Overall Marks/Percentage Certificate
4. Character Certificate
5. Provisional Certificate
6. English Proficiency Certificate

Please let me know which one is required.

Most of the Pakistani Universities don't issue official transcripts and degrees as other foreign universities do. So you photocopy all the post secondary transcripts and degrees. Take the photocopies and originals to the Office of the registrar of the institute / University from where you studied.
Ask them to attest the photocopies also tell them the purpose.They will attest the photocopies and if you want they will attest originals also.They will also seal the photocopies in a envelope.
Send the sealed envelope yourself or ask them to send it for you. (They will charge some amount for the whole process)
Only transcripts and degrees are required........

Yes you are right and I have done this for transcripts and degree. Before sending my documents through DHL I sent scanned documents and asked them if anything I was missing let me know. The replied that If I had completed my degree they would also require the certificate. I don't understand this.

I haven't sent any hard copy right now. Before sending hard copies I just sent soft copies (original scanned copies) of same documents to make sure if I am missing anything.

Just do it as i said earlier.

I sent the my sealed documents to two universities after getting them attested from HEC Islamabad in a sealed envelope.

They issued me Acceptance letter but conditional that you should send official transcripts and degree certificate from the issuing institute.

Then i went to my university asked them to attest originals and photocopies. Also seal the photocopies of all degrees and transcripts in envelopes for different universities. Also asked them to mail the envelopes for me.

After receiving the attested photocopies both universities issued me unconditional letter.

Thanks momi. I found the missing document, it was my bcom degree. I thought they require just my MBA degree and transcripts of bcom and MBA. Actually I applied for bcom degree in oct. 2011. It was mentioned that it would take 2 months but haven't received yet. After discussing this issue with Brock University they can give me conditional admission. My question is can we apply for visa with conditional LOA?

I appled for CAQ (Quebec Certificate) and visa with conditional letter.....My attested documents reached them after i applied for visa.......I sent my revised evaluation with the passport after medical........
