Age= 37 years
Education: equal to Canadian 4 year bachelor degree
Experience= More than 12 years
Language= L-6.5, R-7, W-7, S-6.5

Spouse
Education= yet to be evaluated
Language= L-5, R-4.5, W-4.5, S-5
No Canadian work experience and no close relative in cananda

please also advise how can i improve my score.

Before you do that, did you check your eligibility against one of the Economic Immigration programs (FSW/CEC/FST)?

You might try and improve your IELTS. Try to get a CLB 9, that will improve your score significantly.
 
According to the tool, in Skill transferability factors
I should get 50 for Education and Official Language proficiency and foreign work experience
But in my EE profile I get only 25. So consequently I get a total of 25 points lower in the tool than in the EE profile. :(

Still eligible, though below the current CRS cut off. Waiting PNP nomination now.
