What is meant by digitally signing a form (IMM1344 and IMM5532)? [Spousal]

Hello.

I am going to file an online spousal sponsorship application for my wife.

Recently, IRCC website was updated to "digitally sign" IMM1344 and IMM5532.

If you navigate to the section called "For family sponsorship applications only", you would see it talks about digitally signing IMM1344 and IMM5532 now. Can you please have a look at this and suggest what needs to be done?

Following! We only just signed those and only one required a digital signature when we printed it.. Now we go to submit will it be an issue?
