What is LMIA job offer and exemptions to claim 50 points in EE

Hey guys,
I was just calculating the EE points for CEC and saw a question asking if you have a LMIA job offer?
Just want to know what does that mean?
If I am in a permanent role with an employer on a post graduate work permit, what letter do I need from employer for these additional 50 points.

You need an approved LMIA to get the 50 points.
