Dont take IELTS as granted... Even though you have points higher than required, you may be rejected based on your english proficiency.
There are several cases where applicants whose english are not good and they are achieving the total points. But the VO is questioning the english proficiency and rejecting the application.
Bottomline is if you dont know english, then how will you able to survive in any country.
So my advise is you should get atleast 10 points or more to give a average english proficiency.
