what is Income tax statement ?

I need to provide "Income tax statements" to Ontario Immigration in their request for additional documents (provincial nomination program) but I can't figure out how to get them.

In Israel income tax is deducted from employee's salary by employer so what docs should I provide as I don't file by myself "Income tax statement" ?

Does the government hold any proof that you paid tax to them via your employer? If not your payslips will show the tax you have paid out of your wages. In the UK tax is taken out of our salary but we can request a tax statement anytime, and all our taxes appear on our pay slips.

I suppose there is some way to request this info from tax authorities in Israel,
but for now I just found a form ("tofes 106") that holds information about my income taxes per year that I may get from my employer.
Probably this will be ok.
