Is it some thing we are notified of ? I have seen people quoting that date too in their signatures.

HI,
Yes, you will see the file transfering date in your application status. however, there will be no specific notification other than your in your AOR. I only got an email even though my application status informed me of mail delivery of a hard copy.So probably you wont get any hard copy and do not worry about it.
