What is Express entry?? And how to obtain PGWP + CEC Immigration???

Hey all. I am an international student lives in Toronto i am in my last semester of 2 year program.After graduation how can i apply for PGWP AND what is the better way to apply for PR or should i move to other province?? And experienced person advice needed and Appreciate that.
