My sponsorship application was denied because of a required document that was so not received. The document required is the COURT CERTIFICATE issued by the Corte suprema de Justicia (Juez del Distrito del Crimen). After researching and calling to find out what this document is, I have not gotten any answers from anyone. If anyone knows what a COURT CERTICATE is please let me know. Thanks!

It depends why this court certificate was asked. It can mean many things. For example you would need a court certificate to establish if a parent has full custody over a minor.
You need to give more details on this document that they required. Does it have to do with a minor child, a divorce or a criminal record?

This is what they asking for but I did send the original of the police record authenticated by the main police office and the minister of foreing affair from Nicaragua.
