What is Confirmation of Permanent Resident form?

i need this for my application in one of universities in alberta.
Then, once i got accepted, i can have my Study Permit right?

This is the form you get when you land as a permanent resident of canada. So you will not have this.

Are you applying as an international student? They will require this if you apply as a domestic student. Make sure you apply as an international students and they will not ask for it.
