Hi guys,
I am Indian citizen and I have a dream that one day I will go and wander in the Canada as a tourist.
I've applied for a tourist visa with my wife back in January 2019 but unfortunately our application was refused.
But the refusal couldn't end my desire to see the Canada.

Then Covid-19 comes and I've been at home for nearly 20 months.
I couldn't get out neither domestic nor international.

Visas for Indians to Canada is not opened yet.

Now, Canada will restart distributing visas shortly.

I want to know from the experts that what will be the best time to apply for Canadian Visa from India?

Do you think that early bird may get some benefits in the rush or should I wait for the situation to be normal?

Please Suggest!

There won't be any benefits to being an early bird. Whether you are approved or not will depend on factors such as ties to your home country and funds available to support your visit. That's what will be most important. Make sure you declare your previous refusal in your new application.
