hello,
I seek your guidance .I had applied for permanent residency visa I received PPR from primary office: New Delhi vide letter Dt.15.11.2016, Although on 19.11.2016 I raised a CSE and also wrote an email to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca informing the visa office that my wife is pregnant,I got acknowledgement for the CSE and E-mail, but no further guidelines were issued to me as to how to proceed further.
Then, we submitted our passports to VFS Delhi again with a letter of explanation regarding change in my circumstance as explained above with certificate from gynaecologist for expected date of delivery, and we got COPR and visa stamped on our passports in return and status of our online application got updated as closed.

Now, we are parent of a daughter, she was born on 11.12.2016 and we wishes to move to Canada with our daughter as soon as possible, I again emailed the NDVO about the change in circumstance on 23.12.2016.and also raised CSE on the same day. I got a reply of CSE that o should get in touch with visa office.but till date I haven't received reply from them till date, even though I raised subsequent reminder as well...now I am clueless as to how to proceed further. they are not replying to such urgent change in circumstance.what option does a applicant.

Thanks & Regards

The Visa Offices are under a lot of pressures to treat pending backlog of old FSW applications and as such, they have not been up to date on treating old FSW issues since they are more focused on Express Entry applications. Send another email as well as a CSE - Case Specific Enquiry till you receive a response, https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi
