I have a question regarding test/oath. I have a family application. What if I could not come to the test/oath for some reason, while my wife could. Will they let her attend the test/oath alone? or we should arrive as a family?

If you've applied together, then no one will get citizenship until you do if you're late with your test. That is, unless you apply to have your case separated from your family's.

Thanks Swede, So will they allow my spouse to attend the test? if for some reason I could not attend the same test, or we should go to the test together?

Well if you don't show and it is a joint application, then your application will be closed You wife's maybe split. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob529A.asp
