No problems at all.. CEC applications are based on the work experience you have acquired in the past.. Current work experience doesn't apply to CEC thus even if you lose your job it won't affect your application in any way

if they call current employer to verify that i am working or not then it wont be a problem ?

Well no it will not be a problem.. If they call the employer they should only ask for the 1 year experience you have mentioned on your application. They shouldn't inquire about and do not need to inquire about the current experience.. You could be unemployed but as long as U have 1 year qualification experience U r fine.. Post fact experience doesn't matter

Hi PR4CAN,

CIC could contact your current employer, only if this current employer was listed in your qualifying work experience. The purpose of the call would be to check for the work period stated by you on the form and on the work responsibility during the period.

Any information later to dates mentioned in the qualifying work experience would not count for or against the eligibility of the application.

If you have any doubts, then applying for Visa Officer's case notes under GCMS notes would help you to know if there are any confusing file information reaching the VO through a phone-call or not. It take 30 days to get the case notes, FYI.

Hope this helps.

Cheers! :)

1) No it will not impact your application
BUT (Don't want to scare you )
if CIC calls to your Ex employer for any inquiry may be they will not co operate and that may unnecessary create confusion.
that is the reason it is suggested not to spoil relation with employer although you are leaving th Job (At least until your eligibility pass)

I stayed at 1st job 1 year and 2 months then I got second job of same field and yes I have attached second job reference letter with same job responsibilities now I want to quit to second job because people are very rude over here. thats why i was confirming that quitting my second wont effect my application process

None, no difference. You can do that if you want to.
