Hi there! I really need an advice. We applied as a family and got visas I was the main applicant and I already landed and got papers for me. My husband is still not landed and visa is almost expired and looks like he won't be able to make it in time.

1) If he is not gonna land in time, would it affect me if I already got my PR?
2) What about him? Can he "'redo'' medicine and reapply or he will lose his application permanently?

Thank you!!

1. No.
2. You need to sponsor him again, I believe.

1. So, even if he decide not to come at all, I'm still ok, right?

You're fine but it might affect your ability to sponsor other people in your family. The thinking would be that you got a visa for your self and your husband but he wasted it and you know visas are issued on quota basis. Why would they give you another for another family member and would it be properly used? I suggest he come for soft landing before the visa expires then return to his country to sort himself out. Sponsorship in your case might be lenghty and complicated.
