what if i return back within months after as i Got permanent visa as immigrant

Hi There!

alhamdullah! i got got residence visa under my spouse sponsorship which is valid till jan-17. but i have plan to travel to canada in Quebec in sept-16 and would like to return back within oct-16 to my current job. so, there would be any problem i come back within couple of month after maintaining all formalities over there in canada (quebec) or how many days is require to make all necessary things like medical insurance, PR etc..

could someone please advise to the avobe issues.

No problem for the short landing. You can book private medical insurance before your trip.
