What if i need to study further

Hello,

I wish to immigrate to Canada and work there as a mechanical engineer but my i graduated from Lebanese university so most likely my certificate isn't recognized in Canada.

As far as i know it is mandatory to get a valid job offer prior to entering the country but if i need to study for 2 more years wouldn't this jeopardize the offer.

What other available options do i have?
