What if I got refusal stamps on passport from other country than Canada?

Hi

I have got 2 consecutive refusal stamps on my passport from an European country. Now I'm applying for Canada. I have got admission letter and Quebec certificate of acceptance already. I am all set to apply for study permit.

Will refusal stamps on my passport make me any inferior?

P.S. I remember few years ago, one of my elder cousin applied for USA study visa and it was refused but he got UK study visa later on.

I doubt so. But, not disclosing the previous refusals on your visa application will make you inferior for sure, with additional 2 years ban for misrepresentation.

Well said. I think they increase the penalty of misrepresentation to 5 years of no entry and of 5-year ban of any applications to CIC recently. In addition, misrepresentation affects all of your future applications to CIC and possibly any other countries.

Well I never said I am hiding it. Did I? I have already uploaded my passport with pages where there are those stamps.

I was just asking to see if I am in trouble already.

You may explain clearly to CIC why you got refusal (e.g., not enough proof of funds etc).

The onus is on the applicant to explain their application by the time they submit the application. Therefore, you do not want the visa officer to guess why you got rejected et ceteria, especially if it is due to mundane reasons (e.g,. not enough funds to finance your previous studies in other countries, etc).
