Hi guys, I am advancing in talks with a company very aware of my situation and interested in hiring me asap. I am in the 4th month of waiting after AoR. I wonder if a formal job offer from them is useful at all and that if CIC would consider that to comply with their starting desired date.
What if a company requires that you start while waiting for PPR?

No - CIC will not process your application faster because the company wants you to start now and you have a job offer.
If the company wants you to start now, they should get an LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.
