Currently I hold a Canadian study permit and I am not working and do not plan to do so. My school however required me to get a SIN number, so I did.
After I move back to my home country after my program is done in a year, what happens to my SIN?
I am worried that the Canadian government will keep requiring me to file Canadian taxes even after I am no longer living in Canada, since I already applied for a SIN?
Also, am I still required to even file taxes at all if I do not work in Canada or have a source of income?
