What happens to PR application, if wife fails to get Police CC on time?

Hi,


I have a question,

I am applying for Police CC to apply for PR under CEC.

I am based in Canada and will do this from here for the 3 countries I have lived for more than six months.

My wife will be doing the same , but from outside Canada.

What happens to the application, after I file papers for PR for both & I am able to submit Police CC but she fails to provide same onetime?

You can apply to PR without these certificates. CEC application process time is around 13 month. I think that is enough time to get the certificates. You will be requested for the certificate at later stage of your application and will be given some time to provide. You can always ask for the more time if required. However, it is up to the VO to grant you more time based on your situation.
