Guys i have a friend who is wondering if she sends her CEC application and gets her AOR and applies for BOWP and God forbid if she gets rejected after getting BOWP can they cancel her BOWP? and can she reapply after getting rejected the first time? can she reapply right away or after a while like a year? how does it work if u get rejected bcz u havnt provided missing doucments CIC asked for and its been a while since u responded back do they just cancel your application?

To answer your first question, if you successfully receive your BOWP, and your CEC application gets rejected, your BOWP remains valid until the time it expires. She can reapply for CEC after getting rejected and can do it immediately. In case you don't provide missing documents, then it will be rejected, but you can apply again.
 
thanks..do u know on what bases they issue AOR? the issue is she is having a hard time collection some documentation, t4 is one of them and she is running out of the time. so she wants to at least send her application and get BOWP so at least if she gets rejected she has another chance to apply again after working on that BOWP. u think they wont issue AOR bcz she is missing t4s?

As long as all the mandatory applications are sent, she will get her AOR. T4 and NOA can be sent on a later date.
 
oh okay got it! and do u have any idea how long is the process time for AOR? can u also get AOR if u apply under FSWP? i guess not bcz u would need to get a positive lmo if u want to extend ur PGWP?

It normally takes a month or two after application to get AOR. Yes, Federal skilled program also has to provide an AOR. Nothing to do with LMO for getting AOR. PGWP and LMO are not related as well.
