Hi all,

My background changed to NA from IP1 a few days ago. May I know what is being done during the NA stage? Is there an actual check that is ongoing? Or is it simply in line for IP2?

Thanks!

When background check changes to NA, it usually means you completed your R10 completeness check. This is in line with IP2

My background is now NA, but medical is still not passed. I am expecting medical to be passed by next week.
My Aor :14th April 2017
Fsw

What can be my status and how far I am from ppr?

Have you gone through IP1 already? If not then chances are you're still at least a month from PPR.

What about when background check that has been NA since AOR?

Background check begins at NA the moment you receive AOR. It normally changes to IP1 post medicals passed

Are you certain about that¿ Because logically not applicable means nothing is being done regarding that aspect that is NA

Yes, If you have just submitted your application , your initial status of background check is NA. What is your Aor date?

AOR is 23/05. I just checked again and BGC has been NA since then. So does it mean they have been working on BGC since then or not?

Not yet. You are at the initial stage. Your BGC will begin after you have passed medicals. Have seen this for most applicants in AOR Jan and Feb topics (FSW)

thats what i initially thought and it is very different from saying:

"Background check begins at NA the moment you receive AOR. It normally changes to IP1 post medicals passed"

I've passed medicals in April, and about a week to 10 days ago, my BGS went from in progress to Not applicable. What does this mean?
