What happens after receiving AoR?

Hi

I received AoR after submitting my PR application through EE, yesterday.
It says I can apply for BOWP now.

My questions are:

1) Will CIC send anything like completeness check confirmation or Medical approval or something afterwards? or I will here back from them when they come to a decision?
2 How long it will take to receive BOWP after I apply for it?
3) Can my dependent spouse also apply for BOWP? My spouse have had open work permits before, but right now he is on visitor permit only, which expires soon.

they will update your application and you will be able to see when you connect on your account, into you PR application where you're at, although, could take a while
