What File Number to Use ????

Hi All,

I sent my full docs to ND in mid April . I didn't included my FBI report at that time and wrote a cover letter stating " I will submit the report as soon as I get it".
Now, last week I got the report and we to sent it to New Delhi. The File number however, used was the one that we got from CIO in canada.

Now, two days after sending the letter we got our AOR from new delhi with a new file number.. also stating that we should use this new number for all future correspondences...

I am kind of scared now .. will CIC new delhi, find my FBI report sent with the old file number ?

They will track your new number from your old number and place the document in your file. No need to worry

i dont think there will any trouble of locating your file based on your CIC file number...ND will track ur case....
