hello,

Yesterday I tracked my application and it shows smthing like this:

"Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, SINGAPORE"

- No medical call
- No email

Is this a refusal?

not necessarily, usually now they send email congratulating candidates. But I have seen cases where students got visa without any email. So you can only know once you have got your visa which means the mystery, the surprise still awaits you..

Cheers!

Chances are that this is a refusal in case of Singapore. As they don't issue visa without medical . But if you have applied with spouse then the probability is you got medical call.

its a study permit... no spouse ....

im pretty much sure tht they ask for medical tests through email rather than a hard copy... so expecting a bad news...

Yes , you are right . You should expect bad news.

What was the outcome plz share because I am facing the same situation

There is no point to ask everyone the same question again and again. No one can predict what was a decision on your application and rejections/approvals of other application does not reflect your application status. Be patient, you will know very soon.
